What is the 5-year minimum guarantee?

GetHost.One guarantees a minimum of 5 years of hosting service from the date of purchase. If we discontinue operations before your 5-year term ends, you receive a cash credit plus free migration assistance to any provider you choose. After 5 years, service continues as long as GetHost.One operates.

How is the cash credit calculated?

The cash credit equals (years remaining × purchase price) ÷ 5. For example, if you paid $249 and we discontinue after 2 years, you receive 3 × $249 ÷ 5 = $149.40 in cash credit. Use it with any host you choose.

What uptime can I expect?

99.9% uptime, measured monthly and contractually guaranteed. Service credits apply if we miss the threshold. See the SLA page for full terms.

What's included in support?

Not a promise of 50 more years. We guarantee 5 years minimum. After that, service continues as long as GetHost.One operates — and we plan to keep operating, but we can't pre-commit to decades.
Not a price freeze on future plans. Your existing lifetime plan stays at the price you paid. New plans we offer in the future may have different terms, clearly disclosed at purchase.
Not a refund after 10 days. The 10-day money-back guarantee covers the first 10 days. After that, the remedy for early discontinuation is the cash credit, not a refund.
Not perfect uptime. 99.9% is the realistic, contractually binding threshold. Perfect uptime is impossible for any internet service — anyone promising it is overpromising.
